The Gessner Full Scrub Dozer Canopy is designed to provide maximum protection, while the Modular Canopy provides durable lightweight protection. We build each canopy to outperform and outlast in Australia’s harsh conditions, so you can keep going and get the job done.

Our bulldozer canopies are custom designed for each model of dozer and are manufactured in such a way that not only protect the dozer and operator, but look like an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) product, adding value to your machine.

Full Scrub Dozer Canopy

For dozers operating in harsh environments where the job demands the ultimate in operator protection, Gessner offers full scrub canopies.

Incorporating a solid RHS construction, thick plate roof, high tensile mesh panels and double bar cylinder protection, Gessner’s super tough full scrub canopies protect your investment and your crew with the highest level of cover.

Modular Canopy

Gessner’s Modular Canopy delivers lightweight and long lasting protection for your dozer and operator, without drastically increasing operating weight.

Modular canopies can be supplied fitter to the dozer by Gessner or supplied as a flatpack kit for ease of shipping. Detailed fitting instructions are provided to assist with installation.

Full Scrub Dozer Canopy

Scrub Canopy Features

Fully fabricated 9mm wall RHS inner frame providing uncompromising structural integrity of the canopy
Cab is protected by a combination plate-mesh panelling system which features hinges to enable ease of access for maintenance and cleaning.
Sloped roof ensures that heavy debris is self-cleared from the dozer during operation.
Dual forward sweeps provide protection to the lift cylinders and nose cone, providing maximum protection to the front end of the dozer
Rubber inserts in all mounts to minimise structural damage from vibration

Optional extras

Mesh panels may be fitted to the rear of the cab for additional protection.

Modular Dozer Canopy

Base Model Canopy Features

Fully fabricated forward sweeps with cross-member to provide protection to the front of the dozer
Nose cone mounts with rubber inserts to minimise the effects of vibration
Fabricated 6mm RHS main frame with plate protection to the top of the cab
Mesh protection over the front of the dozer to provide maximum ventilation of exhaust stack. Full plate protection is available with custom fabricated exhaust shroud (optional extra).

Middle Support Posts

Fabricated support posts provide protection to the side of the cab and add structural support to the base model canopy
Bolt-in mounts allow the middle support posts to be fitted and removed with ease
Rubber inserts to mounts minimise vibration

Rear Support Posts

Fabricated support posts provide protection to the rear quarters of the cab and add structural support to the base model canopy
Bolt-in mounts allow the middle support posts to be fitted and removed with ease
Rubber inserts to mounts minimise vibration
