Dozer Blade Conversion

Blade conversions provide an alternative to costly equipment replacement and are engineered to perform to the standard of an original equipment manufacturer blade.

Gessner offers full structural conversions of a number of blade sizes from D9 to D11 and blade models including:

  • SU blade to U blade
  • U blade to SU blade

Dozer Blade Refurbishment

Gessner also offer full blade refurbishment and rebuilds including:

  • Replacement of front skins
  • Refurbishment or replacement of mouldboard sections
  • Refurbishment or replacement of end plates
  • Repair of rock-guards
  • Refurbishment of mounting points
  • Replacement of wear plates
